What Happens When You Call

You shouldn't have to chase a contractor for answers, and the call is where the real conversation starts. Here is what to expect:

1. Someone who knows the trade picks up and asks about the system, what it is doing or failing to do, and what the property looks like.
2. The scope of the visit gets confirmed on the call, including what the service covers and what it costs.
3. Nothing is scheduled until you have a clear picture of the price and what the visit includes.
4. If you have questions before you are ready to book, those get answered too. Questions are answered on the phone without a booking.

There is no obligation to schedule before you understand what you are paying for.

What to Have Ready When You Call

The more detail you can share, the more useful the conversation will be. It helps to know:

• The system type, whether that is a central AC, heat pump, mini-split, or something else
• Roughly how old the system is, if you know
• What the system is doing or not doing, including any sounds, error codes, or patterns you have noticed
• Whether the issue is affecting the whole property or just part of it
• For commercial properties, the square footage and how the space is used
